Anti-corrosion treatment of contact sur‐
faces
NOTICE
Risk of damage to the electrical system.
– Contact surfaces must receive anti-corrosion treatment.
The specified torque/turning further angle must be observed
when tightening the threaded connection.
Use hose supplied with tin holding corrosion protection agent
⇒ Electronic parts catalogue (ETKA).
Use anti-corrosion wax for cold areas.
Use cavity sealant for warm areas.
Note
The respective agent will autonomously reach the appropriate
point through capillary action.
Anti-corrosion treatment
– Hold hose -1- of tin with corrosion protection agent under
cable lug -2-, and spray threaded connection all around.
– Hold hose -1- of tin with corrosion protection agent above
cable lug -2-, and spray threaded connection all around.
